Devoted to part work, part shop - hence the name - Work/Shop is a must visit if you're in Portland. With a focus on botanicals, shop curator Heather Smith has gathered the most beautiful collection of unique, handmade gifts, flowers, and plants around. I wish I lived closer to the city so that I could sign up for their steady stream of classes on everything from calligraphy, to weaving, to floral arranging, to candle making.
