If cancelled, full payments on custom, wholesale, or bulk card orders will only receive a refund of 50% of the order total. Initial deposits of half the full payment on cancelled branding or print jobs will not be refunded if cancelled.

We are not responsible for any lost items or packages due to incorrect mailing addresses.
